Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

At Dose of Aesthetics Medical Spa, we strive to provide the best possible care and service to our clients. To ensure that our appointments run smoothly and efficiently, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients in need of our services.

2. Late Cancellations

Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointments with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is 50% of the service charge, and is non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." A no-show fee equivalent to the full service cost will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.
